Nitecore P10 V2 LED Torch
The Nitecore P10 V2 upgrades the original, now with a Cree XP-L2 V6 LED that produces a maximum output of 1100 lumens when using two CR123A non-rechargeable batteries or 1000 lumens when using an 18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
It also features the upgraded 2nd generation Strobe Ready™ dual button interface, that has a strobe ready pedal design inset into the tail cap more to prevent accidental activation, while still enabling fast and easy access to the strobe in any mode even when wearing gloves, making it a perfect tactical torch with true single handed operation.
Three selectable modes of operation allow the user to define the user interface:
Tactical (mode 1): Strobe / High
Law Enforcement (mode 2): Strobe / High / Mid (200 lumens)
Daily (mode 3): Strobe / High / Mid (370 lumens) / Low
To change between the modes first ensure the P10 V2 is turned off and loosen head. Then hold down the Strobe Ready™ button while simultaneously tightening the head. The LED indicator on the tail will then indicate the selected mode by flashing once for tactical mode, twice for law enforcement mode and three times for daily mode.
The circular button turns the torch on/off with a full click, or half pressing the button will provide momentary illumination until the button is released. With the light off the strobe can be instantly accessed for momentary operation by holding down the Strobe Ready™ mode button and will turn off when the button is released.
When in mode 1 the torch will always turn on in high and a single press of the mode button will change between high and strobe. In mode 2 the torch will always turn on in high, and single presses of the mode button will change between high / mid, and the strobe is accessed with a long press of the mode button. In mode 3 single presses of the mode button will cycle through low, mid, high and a long press will access the strobe. The last used setting in mode 3 will be memorised next time the torch is turned on.
A built in LED on the tail cap switch indicates the remaining battery power when the battery is first inserted by flashing 3 times for above 50% power, twice for below 50% power and once to indicate the battery is near depletion.
The included NTH10 tactical holster is made from sturdy plastic that keeps the torch in place and allows for immediate quick draw when required without having to lift a flap up first, and provides a convenient way for carrying your torch. Also included is a stainless pocket clip for easy attachment to a pocket, back pack or molle vest.

Note: *As this is a high drain device, when in high or mid mode for over 2.5 minutes the P10 V2 will automatically to avoid overheating and prolong the lifespan of the battery, therefore this is an accumulated run-time.
