The Enforcer has many practical and unique features that make it ideal for professional carpet cleaning. Here are some of them –

• Shower-proof casing: You can leave the Enforcer outside while you clean indoors with the extended hoses. This reduces clutter and minimises disruption for your customers. You can also easily take the Enforcer indoors or van-mount it if you prefer.
• Recessed switch panel: It protects the switches and controls from impact damage and makes them easy to access. The switch panel is also away from the solution tank fill area, which prevents accidental spills when you add clean water. The fill area has a funnel shape and a recessed feature to lock the bucket spout in place, allowing you to refill the Enforcer quickly and accurately.
• Large recovery tank: The Enforcer has a 40 Ltr dirty water recovery tank, which has a clever design that allows it to drain almost completely without tilting the machine forward. The Enforcer also has premium quality metal front castors, which are lockable and prevent the machine from rolling away on a sloped surface. The heavy-duty rear wheels are very durable and recessed to avoid damage to door frames.
• Powerful vacuum system: This model of Enforcer has 2 x 3 Stage Heavy Duty Performance 5.7 inch Vacuum Motors. You can choose to have these vacuum motors mounted either in-series or in-parallel. The in-series option increases the vacuum strength by having the motors pull through each other, while the in-parallel option has the motors pull independently of each other. We recommend the in-series option for optimal performance.
• Built-in heater: The Enforcer has an optional 3 kW built-in solution tank heater, with adjustable temperature up to 60 deg C. The heater runs from a third detachable power lead and has a safety cut-off to prevent overheating when the water level is too low.
• Water pump and valves: The Enforcer has a water pump that uses an induction motor, which does not have carbon brushes that can wear out. This Enforcer also has an Easy-Grip Pressure Regulator Valve and a unique Flow Control Valve, which give you complete control over the water output. The Pressure Regulator Valve allows you to reduce the water pressure (in PSI) while maintaining the maximum flow-rate (in LPM). The Flow Control Valve allows you to reduce both the water pressure and flow-rate simultaneously. This feature is useful for cleaning upholstery and mattresses, as it allows you to work drier and speed up the drying time for your customers.

  Awesome vacuum strength – on average when mounted in-series, this vacuum system provides 251.51 inches of water lift (18.5 inches of mercury lift) to recover soilage from the item being cleaned and can operate up to 200 ft / 61 metres of vacuum hose. Vacuum motors are fitted with fully replaceable carbon vac brushes and a patented air-seal to protect against moisture ingress, to maximise the lifespan.
• 800 psi Induction Motor Pump with Pressure Gauge plus Fully Adjustable Flow-rate & Pressure Control Systems PC5372
  Features a heavy duty non-maintenance induction motor, pressure gauge, Easy-Grip Pressure Regulator Valve and Ashbys unique Flow Control Valve for total control over your water output. Will operate up to 400 ft / 122 metres of solution hose.

Built-in 3 kW Immersion Heater System with Low Level Safety Cut-Off PC2007

Powerful 3 kW immersion heater built in to the Enforcers solution (clean water) tank. Features fully adjustable temperature control (up to 60ºC). The heating element is protected via a safety cut-off, which automatically switches the heating system off when the cleaning solution level is too low; and also prevents the heater coming on if there’s no water in the solution tank for total peace of mind.

Most products feature environmentally and user friendly phosphate free formulations coupled with all natural fragrances.

Prochem Natural products are free of dyes, synthetic fragrances, EDTA and NTA and contain only ingredients considered safe for the environment. Natural Range formulations conform to the USA EPA “Design for Environment” guidelines and the Carpet & Rug Institute Seal of Approval where applicable. Natural range carpet cleaning products are WoolSafe approved for the maintenance of wool carpets and rugs. Prochem Natural range containers are made from recyclable natural polyethylene and outer cartons use recycled fibreboard.
